Take your game to the next level with our three-month Speed and Agility class. This progressive program is designed to help you become faster, more explosive, and more agile. Each month builds upon the previous one, starting with an emphasis on biomechanics, form, and technique. In month two, you'll focus on improving your reactive game speed, applying the skills you learned in month one. The final phase is all about maximum intensity, because to be fast, you have to train fast. Classes are 45 minutes each.
Private Lesson Only

For those looking for a private training experience, we now offer Speed & Agility by Reservation. Book an hour-long session, just like our baseball training, with the option to bring up to 8 athletes (kids or adults).
