Refund Policy

No refunds or reductions of any kind will be issued for any reason.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking/signing up, unless otherwise agreed to. If a payment plan is utilized, all payments must be paid despite participants removal from the program whether voluntary or removed. 

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at contact@homebaseathletics.com at least 72 business hours in advance. Exceptions may be made for illness. No credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the session.
